Coming back to this thread, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks.

Same here, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. This community is the best.

Adding my two cents: Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
