Plateau check-in - bump or wait, deciding today

Stuck on a plateau and torn between bumping the dose and waiting it out. What broke the stall for you?

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
