Compounded tirz 5mg equivalent dosing help

Trying to wrap my head around the difference between compounded and brand, and how to tell a legit pharmacy from a sketchy one. What do you look for?

Honestly, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Hang in there.
