How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Old jeans from years ago fit again. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Rooting for you.

Just wanted to say, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Maintenance for three months now and holding. This is huge. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
