Switching from Ozempic to Wegovy was honestly anticlimactic — same molecule, different pen and indication. The autoinjector is nicer. Cost was about the same after the coupon. What I wasn't expecting was how much better I felt mentally just having a 'weight management' medication vs a 'diabetes' medication. Weird psychological shift but real.

For what it's worth, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Maintenance for three months now and holding. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.
