Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

Totally agree. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Onward!

The compounding question comes up a lot here. My take after 8 months: the quality varies enormously. The COA is your friend — if a vendor won't provide a third-party tested certificate of analysis, that's a red flag. I've had good results with a local 503B pharmacy that does quarterly testing.

Just wanted to say, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Thanks for sharing this.
