My appetite suppression on Zepbound seems to be fading a few days after each shot. Is that normal or a sign I need to adjust?

I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. You've got this.

Six months in and down 41 lbs total. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but You should be really proud. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone.

Same here, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Did you split your dose or take it all at once.
