I've been doing a weekly log in this thread and several people have asked me to keep going so here's month 3 update: down 31 lbs from 278 to 247. Lost about 3-4 lbs per month after the fast initial drop. Stalled for 2 weeks at month 2.5 and it broke on its own. Energy is better. Sleep is better. Still on 0.5mg and my doctor wants to see me stay here another month.

Totally agree. Look how far you've come. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Onward!

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.

What's your current titration schedule looking like. Such an inspiration honestly. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. This community is the best.

Adding my two cents: Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
