For what it's worth, I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.

I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Hang in there.

I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. This community is the best.

Same here, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
