Totally agree. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted!

Rooting for you. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher.

Popping in today to say, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Onward!
