Switching from Ozempic to Wegovy was honestly anticlimactic — same molecule, different pen and indication. The autoinjector is nicer. Cost was about the same after the coupon. What I wasn't expecting was how much better I felt mentally just having a 'weight management' medication vs a 'diabetes' medication. Weird psychological shift but real.

Adding my two cents: Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. You're doing amazing. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. So glad I'm not alone in this.
