Reading this and Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, You should be really proud. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. This community is the best.
