Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. My last check-up came back looking great. Thanks for sharing this.

Adding my two cents: Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Onward!

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Old jeans from years ago fit again. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded.
