My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Rooting for you.

Just wanted to say, We're all in this together. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Coming back to this thread, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Everyone's different of course.
