The hair loss started around week 9 for me and I panicked. After research and talking to my doctor, it's telogen effluvium — a delayed shed caused by the physiological stress of rapid weight loss, not the medication itself. It slows down around month 4-5. Biotin and collagen peptides haven't hurt. Just wanted to share this so the next person isn't as scared as I was.

Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Onward!

For what it's worth, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. We're all in this together. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Following along — Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
