Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

For what it's worth, The mental side is harder than people admit. Look how far you've come. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread — Sending good vibes your way. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here — My sleep apnea numbers improved at my last study. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
