Fitness update at month 8: started doing resistance training at month 3 after losing significant muscle mass in the early months. Since adding lifting 3x/week, my rate of fat loss has actually increased while I've gained visible muscle definition. The combination is powerful.

Just wanted to say, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Thanks for sharing this.

Adding my two cents: Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. You've got this.

Just wanted to say, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. This community is the best.

Late to this but Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
