Same here, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along — I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Everyone's different of course.
