The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Popping in today to say, Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. You've got this. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but How are you finding the higher dose so far. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Sending good vibes your way. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Just wanted to say, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Rooting for you.
