Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

Honestly, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Hang in there.

Late to this but Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The mental side is harder than people admit. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. We're all in this together. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Rooting for you.

Coming back to this thread, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds.

Reading this and I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Thanks for sharing this.
