Same boat as you, reply 3 - still on my starting dose and about 9 down, so hoping the low dose keeps working a while longer. Good to know from you two that if things stall, an increase isn't the end of the world.
Just took my semaglutide dose, sharing how it's going
I stalled hard at my first dose too and the bump got things moving again, so glad you're seeing the same. Down 48 lbs on Wegovy now and it was never a straight line, plateaus just happened. Sounds like you've got a good rhythm going either way.
Plateaus really do seem to break eventually, no panic needed. I sat stuck for weeks at one point before things picked back up, and I'm down 21 lbs now without it ever being linear. Taking it slow on the lower doses has worked fine for me so far.
Only down a pound myself so far, so it's encouraging to hear the stall broke for you after the bump. Nice to know slow starts don't mean it's not working.
Stalls breaking after a bump matches what I saw on oral semaglutide too - I was stuck around 7mg for a bit then things moved again, down 23 lbs now. Slow starts clearly aren't a dead end based on this thread alone.
Third month in and the losses are slower but still coming. Hit a number I hadn't seen since college. Passed my one-year mark and still down every pound. That's the spirit.
Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose? Did switching pharmacies ever cause a gap for you? You've got this.
Down 25 lbs and my knees genuinely thank me daily. Woke up, weighed in, and just sat there smiling for a minute.
