Starting my journey log here. Current weight: 247 lbs. Goal: 175 lbs. Starting Ozempic 0.25mg this week. I've tried everything else over the past decade and I'm finally taking this step. Going to document everything honestly — the good and the bad.

Honestly, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Stay the course. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

The protein-first approach is the single best nutrition change I made. Before any carbs or fats, get your protein in. It works synergistically with the medication to preserve muscle while you're in a deficit.

Late to this but Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. So proud of you. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here — That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Keep us posted!
