How are you finding the higher dose so far. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. You've got this.

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Don't give up, it's worth it. So glad I'm not alone in this.
