Keep going, seriously. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Hang in there.

Adding my two cents: Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. This is huge. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
