Same here, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Thanks for starting this, super useful to compare notes.

Late to this but You're doing amazing. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Been there, it does get easier I promise. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
