Late to this but The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. This is huge. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Reading this and Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. I learned not to lie down right after eating. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
