How do you manage side effects while traveling?

Week 1 nausea has me questioning everything. How long did it take before it eased up for you, and what actually helped in the meantime?

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Hang in there.

Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. The mental side is harder than people admit. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Onward!

Coming back to this thread, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea.

Late to this but How's your energy been lately. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
