Checking in this morning, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Got off one of my blood pressure meds.

Just wanted to say, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Look how far you've come. We're all in this together. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, What helped you push through the plateau. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. My last check-up came back looking great. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.
