My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Such an inspiration honestly. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Thanks for sharing this.

Popping in today to say, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. We're all in this together. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. This community is the best.
