I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.

Adding my two cents: Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Thanks for sharing this.

Totally agree. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Onward!

Coming back to this thread, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. What's your current titration schedule looking like.

Same here — That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Been there — it does get easier I promise. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Keep us posted!

Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you. You've got this.

Totally agree. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. This past year has been the biggest change of my life. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Keep us posted!

Honestly, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Keep going, seriously. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you.

Such an inspiration honestly. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Everyone's different of course.
