Coming back to this thread, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. How are you finding the higher dose so far.

For what it's worth, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. So glad I'm not alone in this.
