Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best.

Following along, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose.

For what it's worth, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
