Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. This is huge. How long did the food noise take to quiet down.

Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Don't give up, it's worth it. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. This community is the best.
