Totally agree. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days.

For what it's worth, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
