For what it's worth, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage.

Following along, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body.

Honestly, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Look how far you've come. You've got this.
