Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

So proud of you. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. So glad I'm not alone in this.
