Just wanted to say, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. What helped you push through the plateau.
