Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Onward!

For what it's worth, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
