Adding my two cents: Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped.

Same here, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Hang in there.
