I feel like I might be climbing my titration too fast, but I also don't want to leave results on the table. How did you find the right pace?

Just wanted to say, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted!

Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Keep us posted!

Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Hang in there.

The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Thanks for sharing this.

Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. What helped you push through the plateau. Hang in there.
