Popping in today to say, Look how far you've come. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Stay the course. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hang in there.

Totally agree. Cheering you on from here. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You should be really proud. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Hang in there.

Same here, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Thanks for sharing this.
