For what it's worth, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. I learned not to lie down right after eating. You've got this.

Popping in today to say, Look how far you've come. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Stay the course. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hang in there.

For what it's worth, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Coming back to this thread, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You should be really proud. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Hang in there.

Reading this today and Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. My last check-up came back looking great.
