Honestly, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Don't give up, it's worth it. Thanks for sharing this.

The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Maintenance for three months now and holding. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Keep going, seriously. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I learned not to lie down right after eating. You've got this.

What helped you push through the plateau. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
