The food noise finally went quiet this week and it's honestly a little emotional. Anyone else remember the exact moment it clicked for them on Ozempic?

Honestly, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Don't give up, it's worth it. Thanks for sharing this.

The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. My last check-up came back looking great.
