What nobody told me before I started: the first 3 days after each injection are rough, and then it gets dramatically better by day 5-6. I used to dread injection day. Now I know to schedule light meals on injection day, drink a ton of water, and the worst is over in 72 hours.

This past year has been the biggest change of my life. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Such an inspiration honestly. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this and This made my day to read. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Onward!
