Honestly, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Popping in today to say, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

My last check-up came back looking great. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Reading this today and Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Everyone's different of course.
