Honestly, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

What helped you push through the plateau. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Thanks for sharing this.

Following along, Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. You've got this.

How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Checking in this morning, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. This community is the best.

Following along, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Rooting for you.
