Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Rooting for you.

Checking in this morning, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
