Telehealth providers compared: cost, speed, refill process

Starting my journey log here. Current weight: 247 lbs. Goal: 175 lbs. Starting Ozempic 0.25mg this week. I've tried everything else over the past decade and I'm finally taking this step. Going to document everything honestly — the good and the bad.

I switched from Ozempic to Wegovy at month 4 and the main difference I noticed was the auto-injector. The pen is just much easier to use and I felt more confident with the dose delivery. Loss-wise I didn't see a dramatic change since it's the same molecule, but psychologically having a 'weight management' drug vs a 'diabetes' drug helped me stay committed. Cost-wise it evened out with my savings card.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. So proud of you. You should be really proud. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

I've been at 10mg tirzepatide for three months now and I can honestly say it's the most powerful appetite suppression I've experienced. I'm not hungry in the mornings at all and sometimes have to remind myself to eat lunch. The GIP component really does seem to add something beyond what semaglutide did for me. Zero complaints at this dose.

Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. You've got this.
