Checking in this morning, The mental side is harder than people admit. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Been there, it does get easier I promise. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
