My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Rooting for you.

Following along, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. This community is the best.

Adding my two cents: My last check-up came back looking great. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there.

Reading this today and Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body.

Coming back to this thread, Incredible progress. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
