This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Week 12 checking in — yes, the hair loss is real but it does slow down. Biotin helped me.

For what it's worth, A1C came back normal at my last check-up.

I keep a protein shake on my desk for days when nothing sounds good. It helps.

For what it's worth, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. My sleep apnea numbers improved at my last study. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Look how far you've come.

Totally agree. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Keep going, seriously. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, You're doing amazing. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

My doctor kept me at 0.5mg for 10 weeks. Slower titration, fewer side effects — worth it.
