Rough nausea today - what's helping you right now?

Same here on skipping the greasy stuff near shot day - that was my biggest trigger too. The nausea pretty much quit showing up for me by month three, and I'm down 58 now, so the bland meals were worth it in the long run.

The early dinner trick is underrated - I eat around 5 on shot nights and it made a bigger difference than anything else I tried. At 30 lbs down I can say the nausea faded for me around the two to three month mark too, so it does get easier.

Glad you're finding what works. I had the same luck with keeping heavy food away from shot day, and mine faded around the ten week mark - at 38 down now and the queasy days are pretty rare. Sounds like you've got the routine figured out already.

Ginger tea and crackers on shot evenings got me through the worst of it, and like everyone else here mine mostly disappeared by the three month mark. Sixty pounds down now and the only time it creeps back is if I forget and eat something rich too close to injection night.

I'm only about a month in at 14 down and the queasy evenings were rough until I started keeping shot nights bland and early. Snacking on plain toast while the nausea hit made it way more bearable than trying to power through. Sounds like the timeline everyone mentions is real, hopeful mine fades off around month two or three too.

Small meals spread through the day helped me more than anything else, and I still keep shot evenings bland even now at 53 down. The rich-food rule never stopped being true for me either.
