Question for the community: has anyone successfully maintained for more than a year after reaching goal? I'm 3 months into maintenance and terrified of regain. Would love to hear from people who've been through this.

Adding my two cents: Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Cheering you on from here. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Onward!

Coming back to this thread — That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. How's your energy been lately. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
